Word Circle Puzzle Session and more…
Hello facilitator friends!
Can I just say that I love Chris Cavert’s brain?  I’ve been doing Word Circle Puzzles for a long time, but MAN has he elevated this activity to the next level.  Chris has been working hard on a live Word Circle Puzzle event the last several weeks, and through the few pilot programs I’ve participated in, I have learned several new tweaks and challenges that I can’t wait to implement.  I’d like to invite you to register for the
Word Circle Puzzle Event, TODAY – June 17 at 4:00pm MT or TOMORROW – June 18 at 9:00am MT.  THERE IS STILL TIME TO REGISTER   Price:  $20 Register Here!

I’ll be assisting Chris as he leads this 90-minute Word Circle Puzzle Event today and tomorrow.  He has come up with a fantastic event and package for facilitators.  These Word Circle Puzzles can be done with Virtual Teams or with In-Person Teams.  We piloted it last week with a few facilitators and it went great!  Here’s what you can expect:90-minute Play-to-Learn Session – small group Breakout Room interaction & practice12 Never-Seen-Before Word Circle Puzzles presented in a less-to-more challenging sequence10 Never-Seen-Before ‘Special’ Word Circle Puzzles – “Invisible Links” and “Missing Words”  5 Picture Word Circle Puzzles – the pinnacle super-challenge.Discussion related to applications and outcomes for your groups, middle school and olderBehind the scenes look at how to get the most out of this ultimate slide deck.Assets Package: Access to all Slide Decks, Workshop Video Replay, Facilitator Guidebook (download) with Puzzle Answer Keys and some BONUS Materials.  Q & A session after the workshop.I hope you’ll join us!  Register Here!
Recordings and Opportunities:
Team Building from Six Feet Apart:  Last week I lead a session on Team Building from Six Feet Apart, which focused on Activities and Ideas for In-Person team building with physical-distancing considerations.  We had over 1,600 people register for this session last week!  Wow!  Such a timely subject and lots of great information that was shared.  If you missed it, Here is a link to the recording, and here is a link to the free handout.
And related to this,  I was a guest-panelist on a live 60-minute Webinar on What Do Training Programs Look Like in a Post Covid19 World?  Mark Collard of Playmeo (Australia), Clare Dallat of The Outdoor Education Group (Australia) and Austin Paulson (USA) with Project Adventure all shared our thoughts and ideas on how to navigate current understanding of ‘best practices’ and practical applications to one or more specific activities.  The feedback so far has been great, and if you missed it and would like to see the recording, click here!

Facilitator Scavenger Hunt   –  Register Here
Several people have emailed me wishing they would have joined us for one or both of the Facilitator Scavenger Hunts I lead.  Good news!  You can still play!  However it will be on your own.  For $20 you will get access to the recording of the event, the Onboarding PPT slide deck and a copy of the ‘back side’ of the Scavenger Hunt so you can replicate your own.  Scavenger Hunt #1 is a 7-Clue hunt and celebrates World Diversity Day.  Scavenger Hunt #2 is a 9-Clue hunt and is an Ode to the Rubber Chicken.  Both will teach you how to build out your own hunts.  If you were going to pick one or the other, I would select Scavenger Hunt #2 as I worked out a few kinks between the first and second experience.  The ‘how to build your own’ part of the recording is much better on the second hunt.  Whether you want to learn how to build one or if you are just looking for a fun, social even with some friends, I promise you it will be a good time.
New Resources:
New Podcast Episode!  Chris Cavert and I have been having a blast recording new episodes of our podcast called ‘Ask Michelle & Chris About Team Building‘  We have a new episode ready for download, and this week we tackle the question, “What Are Some Creative Ways to Pair Up Participants?”  We’re live on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcast, Spotify & Stitcher.  You can listen to, download and access the show notes to all available episodes at this link.  You can also find and subscribe to the podcast on your favorite podcast player – just search, ‘Ask Michelle & Chris’.
