Creating a Powerful Virtual Learning Environment

Best Practices for Virtual Facilitation has become one of our most popular and requested workshops. You probably already know that converting regular activities into virtual activities isn’t as simple as just finding an online meeting room to use. There are many additional things to consider and it requires some creativity, reimagining and redesigning, all while keeping the integrity of the program intact. We have to think about ways to increase engagement in an easily distractible environment as well. As the need for online delivery intensifies, here’s a few tips on how to convert your in-person meeting or programs to virtual sessions, as well as some best practices for virtual facilitation.

Virtual Scavenger Hunts

Do you have a virtual event coming up that needs to be educational, engaging and FUN? At Training Wheels, we can build out a Custom Virtual Scavenger Hunt for your event. We can customize the theme, clues and locations unique to your group. If a fully customized event is a little out of your budget, we also have ready-to-roll Themed Scavenger Hunts you and your team could participate in. Included in each scavenger hunt are Icebreaker Activities, Team Challenges that include puzzles and ciphers that send them searching the internet for specific locations, Debriefing Activities and more! So your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to work in small groups of 3-4 people to solve clues and zip around the internet utilizing teamwork and collaboration.
