Our team-development programs are not off-the-shelf products, but rather unique experiences that are tailored to each client’s specific requirements and goals.
This foundation program explores the stages of team development (forming, storming, norming, performing, and transforming) and focuses on the following team-building fundamentals:
Participants in our Framework of Teamwork program can expect to get to know each other better, gain new awareness and insights into personal and team dynamics, and be better able to create a common vocabulary.
Imagine a workplace that is relaxed, yet energized, with employees who are focused, passionate, and incredibly productive. The key to such a place is what we call the Trust Factor.
In this thought-provoking and interactive program, participants will discover how powerful trust can be to improve relationships, performance, and the overall work environment. In addition to exploring and practicing behaviors that generate and improve trust, they will also learn ways to rebuild trust that has been lost.
Incorporating concepts from Stephen M.R. Covey’s book, The Speed of Trust, participants will have the opportunity to step outside their comfort zones and test-drive some new tools and techniques.
Conflict is inevitable, and despite how many of us feel about it, conflict is not always a bad thing.
This program will help participants become aware of how they and others perceive and deal with conflict, while gaining tools and techniques for increasing collaboration, resolving disputes, and ultimately finding win/win resolutions to workplace conflicts. This program will also feature diversity activities that foster the inclusion of traditionally under-represented groups. Topics in this program include:
This program includes a number of engaging, thought-provoking activities from the book by Training Wheels’ founder Michelle Cummings, Setting the Conflict Compass.
This high-energy program shows participants how to adopt the “MacGyver” approach to creative problem solving.
When resources may include only a roll of duct tape and a bar of chocolate, this tests their ingenuity in planning, strategizing, and out-of-the-box thinking. Requiring your team to find innovative solutions to a number of in-depth initiatives will challenge their brains, not to mention their laugh meters, while enhancing analytical, collaboration, and communication competencies that can be transferred immediately back to the workplace.
Already have in-house trainers and facilitators? Not a problem.
We can work directly with your staff to teach them how to incorporate experiential learning practices into your current workshops or curriculum. These practices can increase participation, interaction, fun, and bottom-line results for your organization’s culture.
Your department managers and training staff can learn to utilize our techniques, activities, and methods in order to spice up weekly meetings, enhance in-house training programs, or develop your own team-building events.
