New Product! The Labyrinth Walk
We’re excited to introduce a new product this week, The Labyrinth Walk. This portable Labyrinth measures 16 feet in diameter and is designed to allow trainers, facilitators and organizations put a Labyrinth wherever they need it. Made from highly durable vinyl, this Labyrinth can be used indoors or outdoors on many types of surfaces.
The Labyrinth is an archetype, a divine imprint, found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world. By walking a replica of the Chartres labyrinth, laid in the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France around 1220, we are rediscovering a long-forgotten mystical tradition that is insisting to be reborn.
The labyrinth has only one path so there are no tricks to it and no dead ends. It makes for a wonderful reflection tool that allows participants to enter with something specific in their mind, and reflect on it during the time it takes to wind their way through the maze. Once they reach the center, they can stay there as long as they like before they wind their way back out.
